Annual pass removed

My friend bought the digital deluxe edition on the Microsoft store a week before forsaken came out. All the annual pass special orders stuff worked till the season five update dropped. They had all the special orders from the tower vendors like the ghost and ship from Zavala. Now that the season 5 update dropped their annual pass was removed. They looked in the ready to download and it wasn’t there. Then they looked at the Microsoft store and it said it was owned and installed. No clue what could have caused this but the annual pass and all of its content was removed from their Xbox when the season 5 update dropped.

  • Select D2 and press the menu button - choose Manage Game and Add-Ons If they had the deluxe edition, then they should see files installed here for Black Armory etc - which does not drop until next week. Additionally, this would be the section where you check Ready To Install or Updates, not the general one for all Games and Apps. If uncertain, take a screenshot of the Management area for D2 that shows all files installed and show it here. If you do that through the console itself, you can provide the link to it from XBoxDVR.com - or you can upload to Imgur or similar site and post the link here.
