Twilight Garrison isn't useless after all
I don't believe TG is doomed or any kind of that sorts due to its combination with Titan skating and how fast both combined propel you. Titan skating is already a useful way of getting around but with the initial burst that TG offers it opens up new speeds to help you in and out of situations.

1 ReplyStill let's me reach max speed from a standstill, I'm ok with it. The second air dodge usually slowed me down, and it recharges just in time for me to change direction anyways.
