Still let's me reach max speed from a standstill, I'm ok with it. The second air dodge usually slowed me down, and it recharges just in time for me to change direction anyways.

Exactly the second burst isn't much of a necessity as most people believe it to be. I mean besides how its basically an easier way of dodging grenades.
