All this hate on Bungie...
I remember a time when I bought a video game, I played it. Then I'd beat it. If I liked it enough I'd play it again and so on. When did it become prevalent for a video game community to get so bitchy about a game a year and a half after they bought it? I don't get it. You expect "new content" to pour from Bungie's blood then get pissed off about "In Game Purchases" for things that are completely cosmetic.
You "fans" say this game is broken and that someone needs to fix or you walk.... I'm just grateful they still have people working on it. Typically when games come out, sure, they'll have DLCs within a year, and that's IT. You got your money's worth. If you enjoyed it or not, that's personal.
But people spending hundreds, if not THOUSANDS of hours for a game they spent $60-$120 on is a wonderful investment. If you feel you "wasted" those hours, then that's on you and it's not Bungie's fault.
Keep it up guys at Bungie.

2 RepliesAgreed. I used to buy mainly RPGs because I thought "60 bucks for 100+ hours, good investment." I have put over five days into destiny, good investment. Those of you complaining, you have not idea what the struggle was like fifteen years ago, when you bought a $60 game, that was it. No extra content, no extreme replay value. Spoiled little beezys. You really hate bungie and destiny that much, stop playing, it's easy to do.

They do not get that the people at Bungie are PEOPLE. They take time. And many people on these forums like to think that making a game and additions to the game are easy. When it reality, it is not. One little thing can break everything.

3 RepliesThe majority of players disagree. Even those who have been apologists in the past acknowledge that Bungie has messed up year 2 pretty bad. They know they've messed up. They messed up again. The chances of a 320 ghost is 0.18% which is slightly less than one in five hundred. That's why they're giving a 320 ghost to everyone who completed the Crimson Days main quest. Both Reddit and IGN did the math and came up with very close to the same odds. They've disappointed and in some cases outraged their own community. I encourage them to make improvements on Destiny so it can realize it's true potential. I wouldn't encourage Bungie to keep making the same mistakes.

As much as I will admit that bungie isn't horrible and doesn't deserve half the crap they get, their track record warrants it. They do not deserve the "I hate you bungie for X" but as a community that deserves respect we can't sweep things under the rug anymore, the more we do this the more we hurt ourselves. We need to be critical and demand more while not pulling the salt wagon. We are in a strange neutral place where you can't really attack them yet but we can't be celebrating them for little things like a 320 ghost because there are so many more things we need to be vocal about. However the more level headed part of the community can't get a word out because the salt machines are so loud. Don't hate but don't celebrate either.

14 RepliesLol not really our fault.. They had 500 million in funding yet no dedicated servers. No good content. Cut content (ttk). They can't fix there own in game bugs (subclasses and weapons). Shall I go on? If anything majority have been bitching for a while and not just now. There is no excuse for this yet desticles like you defend bungie LMFAO. You and others may be happy with the purchase you made I couldn't care less but in the long run you got ripped off if you bought destiny..
