You can't deny that they lied to us- "we won't make all your hard earned gear useless, it will be a good investment of time" I am paraphrasing there btw, 1 year later all of my favorites I had hoped to take along for the ten year plan for destiny are now frozen in time at year one damage

That's not how this genre of game works. Old stuff fades out, new stuff comes in. It's the only way to run it for as long as they hope. Wow is a good example of this

You must have be a console gamer through and through, because if you had played ANY MMO. you would have noticed that when any new "Expansion" comes out that your "top tier" gear is immediately rendered useless, and you have to actually play the game to get to that level. Get with the program, and get is of bungies* back for being a pioneer in this stagnant era of console games.
