The area at the top of the citadel on venus. You only go there on the final HOW mission to capture Skolas and for the TTK mission the name of which I forget.

The one where you kill the Echo. Something I just thought about: during the Skolas Mission, the platforms materialized in and out on a timer, just like VoG. During TTK mission, the platforms materialized, then STAYED materialized until you had moved on. It's almost like the Vex WANTED us to kick the Echo off of their Citadel...

Yeah the vex do. That's why you get invited into the vault of glass as well. They know they cannot defeat the taken because they can't understand them, so they allow praedyth to contact you in order for you to do it for them.
