Doubts/Questions Regarding Evolution?

DISCLAIMER: Evolution is a very real thing, and nobody is going to prove otherwise here. It's become apparent that most people here who question or doubt evolution do so because they don't fully understand it. I have made this thread to address those misunderstandings and hopefully clear up any uncertainty you may have. I'd rather not turn this into a debate thread, so please only post if you are willing to accept the answers I give you, or at least take them into consideration. I will not respond to anyone asking for proof of evolution. There's ample proof if you want to go look it up for yourselves. I'm only going to clear up anything you don't understand or address any problems you have with evolution. So, if you doubt evolution for what you believe to be a logical reason, not just that you "don't believe" or there's "no proof", post that reason here, and I'll address it. I expect others will try to answer your questions as well, and I only ask that those people do so respectfully and politely.

  • People need to take a look at phylogeny charts based on DNA sequences. You'll see an amazing gradient of relationship.
I'd rather not turn this into a debate thread, so please only post if you are willing to accept the answers I give you, or at least take them into consideration.
Sounds a little one sided.
I will not respond to anyone asking for proof of evolution. There's ample proof if you want to go look it up for yourselves. I'm only going to clear up anything you don't understand or address any problems you have with evolution.
Sounds legit for something that has never been directly observed in the written history of man. Correlation is not necessarily causation.
So, if you doubt evolution for what you believe to be a logical reason, not just that you "don't believe" or there's "no proof", post that reason here, and I'll address it.
The theory of evolution is a theory. A concept. Nothing more, nothing less. It is not a law, nor a fact. Taking it as such requires a considerable leap of faith comparable to that of creation.
I expect others will try to answer your questions as well, and I only ask that those people do so respectfully and politely.
I wholly expect the normal flud, in this instance with the standard responses (fossil records, gene variability, migration, etc.). I will address each as time permits.

    • What do you have to say in regards to the second law of thermodynamics which stipulates that all systems in the real world tend to go "downhill," as it were, toward disorganization and decreased complexity and how there has never been found to be even a slight exception to this rule.

            • How did humans evolve from apes? Why aren't apes extinct? Why was there a need to evolve from apes? Now I do believe in animals evolving, but I don't believe that we evolved from apes

                  • Why are there no fossils of these "common ancestors"? Why are there no fossils of any in-between species? Why can't humans and apes interbreed?
