Killing a lvl 28 player should be as impossible as trying to kill a 26 Minotaur when ur a lvl 4.

Yes i was just telling my frind the same thing a lev 20 shuld not b able to kill a lev 28 if we wher playing pve i would crush lev 20 monitor so saying iron banner is based on gear is BULL!!!

this is just as bullshit as lvl 4 enemies in PvE being able to drain your health like a rocket while you're 20+
