I did and understand it. But your saying its wasteful for a male not to go to the gym. I don't believe it's the body that makes a guy stand out more but who that person is and what he represents?? Correct me if in wrong

If you have potential and you don't unlock it, that's wasteful. Not going the gym and working out is tantamount to not going to school and getting an education. You should always strive to better yourself, mentally and physically. Otherwise you're wasting the life you were given.
