Well yeah now that you've googled it you know what it means. How exactly do you 'do ROMs' though?

It's a stupid slang in the area, if it's not a full squat I call it a (blank) ROM, so if it is half a squat I call it a half ROM. I don't just say that though, everyone around my area does.
