I don't see anything about cardio...
I shall stick to my Mountain biking and Rugby training for now, than you very much.
When I get skinny...one day...then I shall make a start on weights.

I do 20 minute sessions of low intensity cardio at least 3 days a week to keep fitness up.

Good man! Why not high intensity cardio? Like sprinting? I can understand though why you wouldn't exercise for longer, despite the cardio exercise. It'll be hard to maintain muscle mass.
