Am I reading it right? Cus the way I'm reading it, Sony's stock has only increased about a dollar or two. Not really a big deal.

For your stock to increase at all thanks to a major competitor's press conference on their new big item is pretty substantial.

Perhaps, but surely a bad press conference would result in lower stock for M$, not more stock for Sony?

It resulted in both. Can we assume that means the press conference not only hurt M$ but helped Sony? That would be great. No I am not a Sony fanboy in the slightest. I am just upset from the press conference.

They decided to split the press event into two parts, so they would still have something to say at E3.
