Iron Banner drops 320 gear so solo players have a chance to obtain max level. It's the only activity with 320 rewards that doesn't require a fireteam. You may enjoy it, but I find LFG to be detestable. 80% of the people on the LFG are liars who waste your time. I completed hard mode in a marathon LFG the day it came out.
