Not all of us have people in our friends list who are end game PvP players. I play with my friends, they aren't that good, they do not belong in Trials, therefore they do not play trials. I'm decent at random games of control and clash though, should I be punished because I don't know or want to know good PvP players.
We are friends with who we are friends with, you can't change that.

Logic. How are you being punished? The people you play with are your choice. No one is stopping you from going out and getting new friends who play trials/raids.

What reigns supreme is its quite difficult to find ppl to help with trials. Let alone experienced players who are willing to take on trials noobs. Look in forums, filled with a bunch of elitist assholes who care about stupid shit.
