Oh so if a family oriented gym removes you for swearing like the YMCA or these forums ban you for derogatory speak, they aren't legally allowed to do that I guess and they're breaking the law!! Oh gosh! Not you have no clue what you're talking about.

Yes, they have the right to actually ban specific language under federal law. I never said they didn't. I just stated they couldn't ignore federal law as a response to your comment. The way you pick apart technicalities in the first amendment is childish, as many self-respecting people knowledgeable on the idea would think. "Can't curse in a store? No freedom of speech!"
