Then stop talking about it and do it. I would love to see someone hire a lawyer to press charges on someone over a video game.

  • Listen, at the end of the day its wrong to harass people, but first you have to let the person k ow its unwelcome. After that point, if its invasive enough atorities would get involved. After multiple involvments its possible a court order would be issued to desist. If that order was ignored then a crime has been commited. After that you could launch a law suit, but would have to prove damages.

  • R@pe threats are illegal unless explicitly states as desired. They are different then run of the mill harrasment. Also, sexual harassment can be filed without confronting the person first. You are correct for general harrasment though.

  • People should respect each other and think about whay they are saying. Making threats of -blam!- is rediculus and never ok. Xbox should make you pay a fine for being out of line. If you do it three times your banned.
