On days I'm feeling fast paced I'll bump it to 8-9 sometimes even 10 if I'm feeling REALLY fast paced. If I'm feeling slow paced then I'll lower it to 6-7. Regardless if I'm doing pve or pvp it depends on how I'm feeling at the moment but 6-8 is what I normally use.
