High level PvP'ers will tell you that if you're sniping you should use anywhere from 2-5, and if you're shottgunning you should use anywhere from 5-8.
I used to use 10 only, but i've learned that 5-7 helps my aim and accuracy tremendously.

I am a high level pvp player who snipes all the time and I use 8... so my advice is try them for yourself and stop listening to other people

I'm not trying to force anything here.. I'm simply saying that the majority of high level pvp players use that sensitivity. Obviously there are outliers. Also, the OP made this post which tells me he/she is looking for some suggestions, so that's what I gave.
