-I have spent so many hours playing this game and I get nothing, zilch, smack on the face from bungie.
My thoughts on your statement
- So you're telling me that you spent many hours playing this game and you got no satisfaction or entertainment out of this game. Every hour you spent raiding, pvping, trialing etc ment nothing to you and now you expect bungie to give you sh!t.
(You)- Well yeah I payed like 100 dollars on this game. I expect to get something for doing that.
(Me)- So you paid for the dlc, you got the dlc and played the content in the DLC. Am I right?
(You)- Yeah
(Me)- Hmmmmm..... Oh I get it, someone forced you to play.

That's not people's argument. Let me clarify. Bungie- We have a new expansion! It's almost like a 2nd game! You- Awesome! As a long standing Day 1/Beta/Alpha tester I'm really looking forward to it! How much is it? Bungie- Because it's such a big expansion, the cost is $40-80. You- That is a lot. Wait, $40-80? What do you mean? Bungie- We have just the expansion for $40, the original plus TDB, HoW, and TTK for $60, and a special version with all of it and some unique stuff, like even more than what your Ghost edition had for $80. You- Oh, okay. Even though I paid much more for the same thing? Bungie- Well, yes You- Well, as long as my season pass and being a year 1 covers it... Bungie- Oh... Actually if you want the big version we don't have a special package or discount. You- But I've been loyal to Destiny. Bungie- We know and that's why you get some exclusive year 1 rewards! You- Oh sweet! I bet it's way more than what those Legendary Editions get! Bungie- Actually no. They get roughly 3 times the year 1s get. You- How does that work? Bungie- Loyalty isn't the issue You- What is? Bungie- Oh, because you bought TDB and HoW which were just tests, we know we can get you to buy anything! You- But as a member of the Year 1s I want to continue to expand with Destiny! Bungie- Totally can! $80 dollars, please. You- But I don't want the original or expansions I or II. Bungie- Oh, then $40. You- With the perks of Legendary, right? Bungie- No... That's $80. You- So I can't get Legendary without buying copies of the stuff I already have?! Bungie- Correct. Now then, $80. You- I have something much better... Bungie- You want to donate?! -snaps disc in half and uses it to stab Bungie member- You- REVOLUTION! DO NOT SATE THESE CORPORATE PIGS ANYMORE!!! RISE UP AND DEMAND A FAIRNESS! -Bungie loses much of Destiny community. Is not replaced by TTK. Destiny TTK ratings drop. Destiny suffers a death worse than Atari-

I have this other plan also: Let bungie bungie do this and introduce micro-transactions (dance emotes etc) This will surely make some people intrested. They pay and bungie will have enough money to give us free content. (That was just a side thpught). Or bungie is really Microsoft and will still make us pay money. P.S When you said Atari that triggered so much nostalgia in me.

I'm actually 17 but my dad was a major gamer back in the day. Tells me stories when I was little. Odd childhood hearing about the death of Atari... And yeah. While I really want to believe in Bungie my hope is fading. Destiny was almost a huge flop as it was and now these bacon bits? If they don't shape up then not even their reputation from Halo will save them. Remember 1 game started the fall of Atari... I fear Bungie will follow

You just sent chills down my spine. Destiny for me is like Zelda for others. There are many things wrong in Zelda but people still love it and play it for some reason.

Well Zelda, while being flawed, was a 1 of a kind. Video games were still new and while Zelda was flawed you're right. It was fun and Destiny is too. But Destiny doesn't have the advantages of Zelda. Destiny is running out of time and mistakes it can afford. Zelda didn't expand so there isn't much worry but Destiny, I worry, will focus to much on flying farther than higher. Just like a glider. It can go far but there's a slow, downward arc and eventually it happens. The ground and gravity take their toll

I really don't care if my opinion is flawed in some cases and I can accept defeat like a normal 20 year old. Let’s just settle this before any more harm is done and settle on this: 1. Im not a kid who plays cod. 2. My view is flawed and is biased in many ways. 3. Deej is fixing the issue with Luke and will update the community in the next weekly update. Alright?
