I didn't say auto rifles were fine now. They should be somewhat less powerful than the other primaries, but not as weak as they are now. Handcannons and Pulse rifles are only easier to use than autos because auto damage output is so low that missing any headshot heavily penalises you. Auto rifles have the lowest precision multiplier, so if their precision TtK is close to the other primaries' it would mean their body TtK is only slightly longer than that. That's a good situation imo. You'll lose to other primaries if their user has perfect accuracy, but you can best them with mostly bodyshots if they aren't landing those crits.
