I just want the emotes lol. I'm happy with a year one shader and emblem. I bet those class items for XP boost wouldn't help us out since we are already leveled but damn it I want cool new emotes!!!

Yup the base XP will be level 30 now. And light level will be 50. And the XP boost comes in handy when leveling new gear

Since in the trailer you can see a lvl49 I would imagine it will still be helpful.
