Damage buff and problem solved.
Regarding the hand canons... Well its not a given thing for many ppl being effictive with them. Hand canons are the most skill beneficial weapon while the autorifle is still the main weapon of choice for the spray and pray scrub. Hand canons have close to zero aim assist unlike many AFs or MIDA for example. If you suck at aiming you wont come far with body shots in a 1 on 1 shootout or in a 1 on 2 situations.
And btw WTF you mean with 2 headshot Red Death kill? It is utterly misleading. It is 2 BURSTS of headshots. A huge difference.
I agree on the Hard Light and Necrochasm buff tho.

36, 36, 36. It's three bursts of headshots. Might I add if a Suros did 50 damage per headshot with focused fire, the amount of time it takes to get two headshots with the Red Death compared to the amount of time it takes to get 4 on the Suros is faster with Red Death being the victor. Of course I'm thinking more along the lines of 42-45 to guarantee a 5-6 shot kill regarding Suros.This would increase Necrochasm from 11/20 to 20/30
