PS4- Building tactical fire team mainly for crucible, anyone interested?

I'm not exactly looking to build a MLG qualifying team, but I am looking to build a good team. The main problem I have with the crucible is that everyone is so caught up in their self interest that they end up throwing their teammates and the game under the bus. I just feel that I need some players by my side with decent skill that are willing to work together to win. As I implied I'm not trying to be to serious after all its a game but I find winning fun and losing for dumb reasons (lack of team cohesion) not so fun. If you have a similar mindset, I would really like to hear from you and add you to my team. Having a mic is a must, we don't have to talk that much, but we should be able to hear each other when need be. My PSN is MarineSpectre91, level 19 Hunter. Have fun and play hard guardians.
