Need freinds for Ps4 raiding

Hi Guys, I just bought the collection edition of the game so new around, however I read that raiding only works if you have friends who would play with you. I work in 7x24 so my time and energy is limited, however I would very much like to experience some of the loot goodness raids can offer.
