Team needed for the Hard raid release!

Hey guys, how's it going! As you all know by now, hard mode for Crota comes out Wednesday. I am very excited for this, but I am worried I will be unable to complete it with a bunch of random's from LFG. As it stands, I have one friend, Jimmy the H4nd (Also a Knight of the Blood oath) in the team. We are looking for additional players that will run the raid with us today and tomorrow so that we have a cohesive team by the time the hard mode is released. Some important details. First, I'm on Xbox 360. I am in Chicago, which is central time, AKA 2 hours ahead of pacific time/ Bungie time, so keep that in mind when discussing times with me. Secondly, YOU MUST BE 32 RIGHT NOW!!! No if's and's or but's. We want a definitive team of 32's, not "oh I will probably be 32 on Tuesday". Sorry about that. Thirdly, you must be free @ 10 a.m. pacific/ 12 p.m central on Wednesday, so that you can play! Wouldn't it be great if we were the first team to beat Crota??? Also, you must obviously have a mic that is fully functional in order to communicate effectively with the team. This is open to anyone and everyone, and we will be vetting as many people as we can.
