what is the best way to get legendary gear and armour?
guys I'm trying to get light and everything, I'm lv 20:( and i want some legendary gear, what is the best way to get it?

1 ReplyGrind Vanguard till level 2. Have a Vanguard commendation and 150+ marks to get your armor. Level 3 for weapons. ;-)

Level vanguard and eventually (rank 3) you will get packages with some legendary and also at rank 3 you can buy some

lvl up FWC New Monarchy or Dead Orbit to lvl3 for boots and snag the gloves after completing eris then do raids peece

1 ReplyHello titan, The best way of getting legendary gear is to go to strike playlist and do strikes because in that way you are killing 2 birds with one stone. The first part of that is you have a chance for it to drop in legendary engrams or end of match rewards the second is you will earn vanguard xp and marks from them allowing you to buy armor and weapons from the vanguard vendor. Unless you are more of a crucible player then I suggest (obviously) playing crucible, but with a faction class item on (they can be bought from the 3 faction vendors New Monarchy, Dead Orbit, or Future War Cult) to make all xp gained go to the selected faction hope I could be of help

You'll probably only get rare drops considering your level just keep doing strikes until you're strong enough to do raids also don't forget about your bounties. That being said me I Prefer PvE it's alot faster and more rewarding PvP has some stuff but I prefer PvE but rank up your vanguard he sells legendaries at rank 2.

Work on faction and vanguard rank. Vanguard gear can get you to lvl 31

You won't get legendary gear right now. You have to do strikes and get armor that way. Then once you reach level 25 or 26 post in the recruitment forum and get a group for the VOG. Then do that every week until you get hear then do Crota on normal when you get to 30.
