Because it's a smaller area, the Spinmetal is not only easier to find, but also more numerous. It helps if you've gotten the resource bonus from having killed a certain number of enemies, though. Helium Filaments: Anchor of Light on the Moon. They're located on the sides and near the bottom of buildings, and sometimes they're hidden in crevices behind rocks.
