New engrams and faction rep questions

Hey guys and gals so I finished getting the 2.0 update and while playing last night I snagged a couple legendary engrams and my cryptarch and faction reps are ready to level up my question is should I de-crypt those new engrams and level up my factions etc now or wait until the 15th??? Thanks appreciate any help
