Why is it so hard to get Ghorn?!?!...

Ive been playing this game for a year now and been done over 40 Nightfalls, I have two 34s and a 33. Ive done the last three Nightfall and all Ive gotten was the Give or Take Equation three times, and I want to know those people who are impressive at Destiny and havent got the Ghorn.
