Obsidian mind or MIDA?
I have 24 strange coins & the skull of dire ahamkara. My question is, do I get the obsidian mind or the MIDA, or do I save my coins for next week? All opinions welcome

1 ReplyI would say Obsidian Mind. It has an INSANE stat role, and weapons can drop from Raids, Nightfalls, Strikes, and Crucible whereas armor only drops from Nightfall.

1 ReplyIm gonna weigh in here because as groovy and Larsik can attest to I primarily run warlock. I bought obsidian mind even though I have horrible luck getting Exotic weapons. Obsidian Mind is extremely helpful as well when it comes to the Pit for CE and although Mida is good in the Pit, there are other weapons as well that you can run. So in my opinion, get Obsidian Mind if you havent bought anything yet.

With all of these options that you guys are giving me you're making it a very hard choice but it's a good position to be in because either way I'm gonna have fun with it. Thanks for all the responses

4 RepliesThe way I would weigh the question is like this: which do you feel to be more beneficial to you? A piece of armor for one specific class or a weapon that can be used on more than one? While I think Obsidian Mind is amazing, I sometimes find myself using my MIDA during runs in the abyss on Crota's End, and that speed boost is no joke. Ultimately, if you have multiple classes, I might think about the Multi-Tool. If you only have a warlock, or it's your preferred class, then I'd probably lean towards the Obsidian Mind.

5 Repliesoh god...that is a tough call....no you should def buy one or the other. Obsidian Mind is awesome. MIDA is sweet if you like scout rifles. Hmmm...i'd say...if your exotic weapon collection is pretty good, or if you arent collecting, go with Obsidian Mind...especially if you prefer voidwalker...void bombs for daaaaaaaays
