Crota's End Hard

So with the new difficulty launching tomorrow my question is what gear us everyone missing that is keeping them from lvl 32. Comment what you need and when you think you'll be ready for a hard mode attempt. For me it's the raid boots and the shards to level them up on my hunter. If I get then tonight I'll be good to go for hard mode by next week. My Warlock needs gloves and helmet plus shards. She will take a bit longer to be ready.
