Crota's End Primaries: filling the class void.Discussion

So here's a little tidbit that recently occurred to me. I know Bungie specifically set it up so that any class can use weapon, but somehow all the gear I get always reinforces the following loadouts: Hunter - Hand Cannon Titan - Autorifle Warlock - Pulse Rifle To be fair, there are aspects to each class that really do encourage these setups. Hunters with their stability and reload bonuses can make hand cannons shine; Titans with their toughness can stay out of cover longer and get more bullets down-field; Warlocks favor a balanced approach perfectly suited to pulses. (Note that I'm leaving out Scouts because I feel that is the one weapon type that can truly be utilized by any class with any setup) So then there's the other aspect about loadouts, which is covering your class's missing element type with weapons and that's when it hit me: the Crota's End weapons were designed specifically with this in mind. You've got a void Hand Cannon for Hunters; a solar AR for Titans, and an arc Pulse Rifle for Warlocks. (Again, not considering the Fang, though I will insert my surprise that this weapon is also Arc considering the dominance of Arc primaries; maybe they just decided each Raid needed two Arc primaries) TL;DR - Crota's End primaries match missing element type and weapon type to the best corresponding class.
