Looking for solid raid group

I'm looking for a group of people to form a raid team with. I would like for everyone to have raid experience. (at least cleared all content on normal... hard would be a plus) My times that I'm available would be any weeknight in the evening (after 7pm cst) or anytime during the weekend. I have 2 warlocks that are both lvl 32 and a hunter that is 31 soon to be 32. I have cleared all content on hard multiple times, but its been with a pug. I'm looking for more reliable people who understand the mechanics of the fights and come prepared... (I don't want to spends hours on 1 boss fight because people don't have any heavy ammo.) If this sounds like something you want to take part in post here and we can start to build a list.
