This is insane you guys. It gets me so excited just thinking about how sweet it will be to finally complete a RAID with some of my friends on LEGEND mode.
In this Video the guy talks about Raids being the final-end-game content. They are intense, challenging, and VERY team based. You can not join a raid by yourself, you can not win a raid with out organization, and all these damaged buffs and nerfs... It's enough to get me super excited.
Think about it. You have a Warlock with his VoidWalker class on. You have your grenades and Super Nova Bomb... You make it through the First part of the raid and then... VOID damage is reduced by 75%. Now, you are worthless as a Void class. Now, you have to consider your weapons, class, level, team... everything. AND, there is supposedly a trophy/achievement for completing a raid without anyone Dying? WHAT?!?!?!
If that wasn't enough, consider this. You start a Strike at level... 10. The Strike is recommended for level 12. So, all the enemies will be Level 12. Its hard, but possible to complete without a death. Now, take a level 20 going into a level 22 Raid. Now, the enemies start at 22, but that isn't where they Cap. What happens when you run into level 25's? Think you will have a chance of Survival then?
So we know they are difficult. Why should we run them? LOOT! O man the way they talk about the loot is scary. It is as if they blessed the gear and weapons with the Ultimate power of the "Traveler"... or infused it with the purest power of the "Darkness". That, and it is the only way to get past level 20.

Remember the vanguard armory
-
Lol nope
-
Raids are gonna be awesome !!
-
Let me at 'em!!!!!
-
Imagine the Devils Lair and multiply it by 25. Now you have a beginning Strike
-
This looks more fun and will take forever to get to but, with the ridiculous bosses such as the in Devils lair the Spider, guilty sparks older brother (purple floating eye) your team should be able to know who can take care of what job in these RAIDS.

I've been ready
-
My body (and raid consumables) are ready.
-
Those raids are gonna be rated J.O.
-
I'm curious to see how the jumping part they showed in the video will work. If one dies will everyone have to start over? It could be more difficult than ya think to coordinate six people jumping and hovering at the same time lol
-
Once I maxed out my level I'd be ready, I just need people I work with. I'm the guy who saved his whole team from wipes because of quick thinking and cat like reflexes. Also I'm not afraid to go face to face with enemies to throw them off their game.
-
The trophy is just for completing it on hard and there is also one for completing a raid with all guildies
-
Shit no. I'm never ready. You aren't either. We're all level 0 with shitty gear. We'd die to moon wizards at this point.
-
I think I will laugh a TON with my friends. Some of my friends will rage. And some will have to go. We'll have to appoint another time due to school. Then we'll laugh again we'll do dance parties once we complete a part of it. Then some will rage again. We all have those friends. We'll talk smack and then get serious. Then we'll be extra quiet in them cut scenes And then we'll scream like turds once we pass the raid.
-
I'll be ready when i'm level 25 lol.
-
Raids sound so exciting, and super fun.
-
I would be ready if they had matchmaking and a better chat system.
-
Yup,like a pro!
-
I honestly think Raids are being over-exaggerated. Sure they are going to be difficult, but I dont think its going to be to the point where you have to be in constant communication with your fireteam and make plans ect. I also wish that they would open raids to everyone. Sure you might get some bad players here and there, but its pretty dickish to force you to find a group of experienced friends who all have the time and necessary gear for a raid.
-
There is also an Ign vid or gamespot, but it details there is no raid match making, only friends,
-
I'll never make it with no deaths
-
I will beat the FAIL out if this
-
I wonder if No Deaths means no single death from anyone in the team or no wipes. It'll be interesting to see how Bungie created their version of a raid without the normal MMO mechanics. Definitely can't get anymore hyped for this!
-
It'll be like doing a LASO Halo mission without dying. Easy.
-
Is it just a harder version of a strike?
