Xur
I was wondering if Xur is capable of selling every exotic weapon or is there only a chosen few he can sell or as of now we don't know?

He doesn't sell the vanguard mentor missive exotics. Some people claim that the JellyHorn has been removed from his loot table as well. He also won't sell the ps exclusive exotics like Hawkmoon or Monte Carlo. I think certain weapons are weighted to be very rare for him to sell, like the Suros. Although the data miners claim that Suros is scheduled to come up sometime before House of Wolves releases.
