looking for some help

what's up guys?! I've been away for about a week and I'm gonna need some serious help playing some catch up. mainly on doing 3 nightfalls and heroics. I definitely wanna raid as well, try to get some gear. but I missed out on a lot of loot this week, trying to find people who need to complete it or just wanna help me out. thanks guys!
