The True Fate of The Iron Lords
So Rise of Iron is just around the corner, and boy did we get a whole lot of information about it. However, there was one thing that kind of puzzled me. Lord Saladin said he was the last Iron Lord. Now I believe this confused a lot of people, so I'm here to tell you what I think really happened to the Iron Lords. When Saladin says he's the last Iron Lord, most people presumed that the rest of them were dead, but this is not the case. While some of them did indeed perish, (as the name of the scout rifle "Gheleon's Demise" implies) I believe that some of them are still alive. One example is Skorri, the Sunsinger Warlock. Her artifact "Skorri's Dirge" state's, "They say she's apart from the Iron Banner, yet she still sings songs of her lost companions." This implies that some Iron Lords, including Skorri, are still alive, and some of the other Lords have died. Iron Lords like Skorri simply left the Iron Banner. The reason that these Iron Lords left are unknown, so that's where you guys come in. Reply to this topic with theories or even evidence on why they left. This is only the beginning of this theory, and I'm curious to see what you guys have to say. The truth will come forward when Rise of Iron is launched.

1 ReplyNah what happened was that bungie thought the Iron lords were too OP so they were nerfed so hard, it was either engage in pillow fights or cease existence. Pillow fights got too boring for the lords lel.

The iron lords fought at the six fronts, the gap, and were the reason the house of devils were beaten back This is why ghorn is coming back, those guardains who fell and the armor from the fallen guardains, wasn't just from normal guardains. It was from the iron lords as well. This is why it's coming back, this is the sacrifice they made years ago.
