Lost Inventory

It's with a sad and heavy heart that I report the following. At 1:30pm today, I moved all of my gear from my 3rd Titan to the vault and deleted it to begin a warlock. At 1am today I decided to snag a few exotic engrams from xur before he left. I ran to the tower to grab my loot... It's all -blam!-ing gone. 39 strange coins. 60 plus motes of light. Untold quantities of weapon parts, steel plating, ammo synthesis, etc etc... Anyone recall the other day when I said I bought 60 heavy ammo packs and I was surprised at how fast I used them all? Beginning to think I didn't use them. At first I was mad at myself assuming I deleted all that hard earned loot when I hastily deleted my 3rd Titan. But then I began to replay the whole thing in my mind. I was very careful. I triple and quadruple check all inventory before deleting it. Then I decided to do some research. Turns out I'm not the only one. Hundreds of people are reporting missing items from the vault. Bungie has been told and nothing has been done to resolve the issues. In rare cases the items reappear after a random amount of time. All I really know for sure is that my loot is gone and I'm left wondering if I want to continue playing a game where my time is invested and rewarded but my rewards are not safe from random deletion. I'm probably just speaking out of anger but of my loot is t returned within a few days, DURATION will be fishing a lot more often. That's something I should probably be doing anyway. Peace-out homies.
