The Recipe for Disaster is a place for B.net members to come and discuss food and it's preparation in all aspects. Here we can share recipes, meals we've made, help each other with techniques, salivate at food porn, etc. The group is open to all to join and I will do my best to keep it fun and relevant. Keep it clean. Cheers! -J-

So as I run through my tax return like I'm starring in Brewster's Millions, I've decided to get some new pots and pans. I'm thinking the Calphalon hard anodized aluminum (http://www.target.com/p/calphalon-kitchen-essentials-hard-anodized-non-stick-cookware-set-8-piece/-/A-10963834#prodSlot=medium_1_6), or possible a ceramic set. So what do you use? And do you have any opinions on hard anodized vs ceramic vs traditional non stick vs cast iron?
