Raid Banning

So look we make the raid schedule to try and help everyone find a match and complete raids more quickly and easily. I don't mind if you can't make it but it would help if such members could give a heads up to allow others the time to fill the space. We've had members who've been left out of the schedule or just abandoned. This hurts your fellow members so to fix this members are required to communicate when it comes to the raid schedule. Failure to do this will result in a week ban from the clan. Luckily this issue rarely happens and we don't want to enforce this, so please, please be considerate to others. The admins and I just want the best for you, I know you devoted members will be perfectly fine, and I know you will take our newer members under your wing and take care of them.
