Which Ghost Did I miss? This website has the answer!
I didn't see this post in any place here in our forum so I thought I would share.
This site looks like it is broken at 1st because it blank and just the following banner at the top:

HOWEVER above this and off to the right some is a blank spot to put your gamer tag and press [Submit]
This site will show you what Ghosts you have Acquired and what ghosts you missed and where to find them!!!..

This is a good site; I've used it before. It's just weird to me that the one it says I'm missing on earth (the hive room in skywatch) is definitely not there.
