Best Legendary Primary?
Alright, so I am on the lookout for a better Legendary Primary.
Right now 123 Syzgy and Eidolon Ally really are not cutting it for me. I've heard good things about the Badger_CCL or the Saterienne Rapier. I'm looking to buy these with Vanguard Accommodation, so hopefully your favorite is obtainable this way.
Recommendations?

Outlaw and Firefly make this weapon the Scout Rifle you want to buy. Badger CCL is awesome with the eight perks. The vendor version is kinda meh though. IMHO if you can get Outlaw / Field Scout and Firefly on this use it over pretty much any other Scout besides VoC. Another NitC handles very well... it is what I use. Again, the vendor version is bad. TFWPKY from the Crucible vendor is arguably the best Vendor handcannon currently. Nothing special but it is good. Up for Anything is most likely the best Vanguard AR atm. But it is yet another High RoF / low impact AR. The NM one is better BTW DO, NM and FWC all give Crucible Commendations starting at rank 3 if you just need a fast commendation.
