Vog recruiting and activity

Some of you know my opinion on this but many of you don't. This is not a rule but an idea that everyone should understand before they recruit and clutter the forum. Now on with the subject. When trying to get people to do Vog, I know it is difficult and downright painful to get a full party. As I see now, many posts (including me...experiment), have put down a post over trying to find people for an activity. But I ask you, why post on a forum were almost no one watches it constantly? As it stand, may question posts are left unanswered and many other recruiting posts haven't even been looked at sinc many ask the exact same thing. What I propose is that a person or a small group of people who want to do an activity can post it on the group wall and it will not clutter it as fast. For Vog, recruit 2 to 3 days in advance and start planing what times and to fully make sure evry one is up to snuff. Having a surprise recruitment limits the possibility of people to join as well as making sure people are actually active enough to participate. Secondly, as many people have probably found out, these forums are VERY inactive. For example, people's logical questions as well as small raid invites have gone unchecked for weeks an even I hadn't responded. What I suggest is just once a day, when you wake up, go to bed, check your email, what ever, take 15 min and scour the forums and respond. Responding is the best way to show that you have read the post and the person who poted the quested or invite know atleast someone cares. Even if you can't make it or you don't have an answer, rate the question, it's better then nothing and it helps us know how many people actually want to help and it brings up the urgency to respond. These are just a few ideas I have for this group, and a wonderful group at that. StraightshotSS has tried all he can to minimize clutter on the forum but many people still do not use it or go one step further and friend the people who say they'll help on the raid. But this is just my ramblings go one ignoring the forums. Long Live the Aincrad Alliance
