2 RepliesSure why not. Everyone should have the right to enjoy video games, although i might change your suggestion to actually allowing some people to have specialized controllers. That way they can enjoy all games, not just the select few that add specific features. I have seen keyboards and mice that are specifically made for those that have physical disfigurement in their hands, so why not try and make controllers like that as well.

While I can appreciate the sentiment behind this its hard to see how it could be implemented. Inevitably 1 of 2 things would happen if not both 1) people who don't require said assistance would exploit it anyway 2)in pvp people would continually accuse one another of exploiting it therefore being "scrubs" and all the other toxic nonsense they spout. This in turn would lead to a plethora of pointless and horrible threads being created on the forums around the matter.

I like the idea but there are many pros and cons to it. A pro would be like you said but a con would be if your son were to play crucible he would have a slight advantage as would other people who may or may not be good at aiming they would just be able to auto-lock and shoot not really trying.
