Public Event Tool
Admin, Prime Burn3d, shared this with me. From what we have seen it is accurate. Click the link and scroll to whatever location your at. It has timers for the Public Events, and directions to the locations.

The timer seems to be a little off in my experience. The best route I've found is the mothyards @ 00/30, the forgotten shores @ 10/40, & the divide @ 15/45. You can cap vanguard marks easily with this route. Some event spawns can be iffy on certain days, particularly the devil walker in the divide. The mothyards tends to be incredibly reliable, only being a minute or two off occasionally. Hope this extra info helps.
