Does anyone know how to make a model AT-4 launcher?

For all of you gun junkies, I know its off topic and not Destiny related, but I'm trying to make my own model Anti-Tank weapon (AT-4) as a prop for Halloween, then I'm gunna mount it on my wall. I've already duck taped the crap out of it and have the right color scheme, I just don't know how to make the ends or the optics and firing switch. Help me, don't help me, I don't really care, but if you have some knowledge on how to do this, I would be forever greatful! :)
