Though it is quite annoying all you can do is block them. Those kind of individuals do it because they are desperate or want to make some women to feel so uncomfortable that they won't to play anymore. Nothing you can do but stand up against it or do nothing. Forum posts won't work well. Cqvc (close quarters verbal combat) is the way to go.
