Still disappointed you haven't made a whole thread that doesn't just deal with girls, because I sure ain't gonna make one.
OP still makes me sad because its treated like anyone over the age of 12 doesn't know how to act around girls. They know how to act, their just stupid dummy heads.
A better thing to do, treat girl gamers, and I know this is a stretch, just like you'd treat guy gamers. Boom! Problem solved. Now, can we grow up and start insulting each other's moms again?

Edited by AssaultProdigy: 10/21/2013 7:12:17 PMUmm so you're saying that's ok to make sex jokes with girls, because I don't. I'm not making a thread for girls that creep on guys because that never happens.
-
Nice edit. Anyways, in light of the edit. I simply meant its titled a "Code of Ethics for Male Gamers" except it's only a do and don't list for handling girls online. Why not retitle it "How guys should treat girls online" because it's very misleading.
-
I'm going to make a full code of ethics thread.

Um, yes. It's totally okay. They aren't some weaker gender that can't handle "such uncouth topics". Heck, half of my sex jokes I learned from gamer girls. I treat both genders the same and I literally have no problems.
-
So lets make sex jokes when random girls are in the Lobby. Because that's not weird at all. You treat your friends that are girls the same way you treat your guy friends, but If you seriously crack sex jokes to random girls then you are one sick person.
You treat your friends that are girls the same way you treat your guy friends, but If you seriously crack sex jokes to random girls then you are one sick person.
I'm not an offensive person, but we are all online, and the minute I start treating random girls different than random guys, I'm actually being sexist. I don't even make a habit of sex jokes, but they come up. I probably wouldn't even have any girl Xbox love friends if I was actually a sick person. You're asking me to put on kid gloves when dealing with girls. They are freaking human beings, but from your point of view, those jokes could hurt their soft ears. It's not gender equality if you don't treat them the same.
-
No you're not. You're being respectful. You're not going to crack sex jokes with random guys either.
-
But I do, if I feel so swayed to. That's the beauty of it. Treat everyone equally. If I say that do so, and I'm willing to be "vulgar" in front of girls why wouldn't I do so in front of doods?
we just have different viewpoints of gender equality and I respect yours. I don't want you to think I don't.
-
But this isn't an issue of equally. It's an issue of edict. You're not supposed to be vulgar in front of random girls
-
Not supposed to by whose standards?
-
Most peoples standards.
-
But not mine. And whose standards should I live by? My own. So I will continue to treat women like my equal, and as such, exactly how I would like to be treated.
-
Yeah you keep on telling random women sex jokes.
-
See, now I might have to do it out of spite.
-
You're scaring me
-
Send me your bottled tears to bathe in. They rejuvenate my powers of hate and allow me to make maximum sex jokes at randy girls.
