Finding Quests and Quest Status

Hi, Looking at several endpoints listed here: http://www.bungie.net/platform/Destiny/help/ For example, The manifest DestinyInventoryItemDefinition shows id='458741198' is the Blighted Worlds quest. However, I cannot find this hash in any of the endpoints. I cannot seem to find any information about quests. Is this available?
