periodType not working when using characterId 0

When I'm trying to receive aggregated monthly stats, I get a 1618 DestinyUnexpectedError, but when I try to receive monthly stats from 1 specific character it gives me the right result. See image for request url + response. https://i.gyazo.com/05ad92d1d34b80c8df674d7cc60d5282.png

This is a bug in our API's. Good find. We will get this fixed, but I don't have an ETA.
